Automated Technology

Our goal is to deliver the best user experience of captions, which includes precise timing, text segmentation for optimal readability, and relevant on-screen placement of captions. We use state-of-the-art algorithms in many aspects of caption automation. We also partner with the best prevailing ASR providers to bring you the best solution possible. We are always innovating our core technology and adding features on the path to perfect automation.

  • Automated Speech Recognition (ASR)

ASR enables you to generate transcripts rapidly from your media. Our ASR output identifies speaker changes and contains punctuation.

  • Segmentation

We automatically add line-breaks in the text of captions to enhance the readability of each caption. This improves comprehension, and improves the overall user experience.

  • Timestamping

SyncWords precisely syncs every spoken word with text, and does an excellent job even with challenging audio, heavy accents, background music, and cross-talk.

  • Positioning (Coming Soon)

SyncWords automatically places captions on the screen to avoid text, graphics, and human faces.
